About the Role

Our Company signature strength is our commitment to on-site, human-centric support. As a System Support Facilitator, you are the vital human bridge between our software engineering team and our clients on the ground. You will be stationed on-site, providing direct, face-to-face system assistance, training, and troubleshooting support to active users.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Documentation & Training: Write and update simple user guides, manuals, and system procedures, then help train end-users to use the software effectively.
  2. On-Site & Remote Support: Assist users face-to-face or remotely with technical questions, gather system feedback, and provide real-time help during rollouts.
  3. Deployment & Setup: Support the implementation team during system rollouts and assist with configuring and setting up software at client locations.
  4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in basic system testing to find bugs, document test cases, and work with developers to improve workflows.
  5. Team Collaboration & Demos: Work closely with the development and support teams, participate in discussions, and assist with system demos for potential clients.

We believe this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to meaningful projects.
